Our staff:

Minister:Rev. Trish Archibald is our Interim Moderator as we search for our next minister. Rev. Dr. Clyde Ervine had been minister at Knox for the past five years and his will be big boots to fill! We’re in good hands with Trish, though.  She is currently the minister of St. Andrew’s-Knox Presbyterian Church in Fort Erie but is also a hospital chaplain for Niagara Health and a Registered Psychotherapist with a specialty in Spiritual Care.  Trish spent many years as a Christian Educator, particularly in the area of resource consultation for both the United Church Book Room and the WMS/Presbyterian BookRoom at National Offices.  Before returning to school in 2010 to obtain her M.Div. from Knox College in Toronto, Trish was the Executive Director of the Kerygma Program of Adult Bible Studies.  Trish grew up in St. Catharines and attended Sunday School at Knox in the 60’s, so it’s a bit of a homecoming to have her with us for this period of vacancy.  She loves to officiate weddings and baptize babies, as well as to provide crisis hospital visiting, and is honoured to mark the end of a life with faith and celebration even in a time of sorrow.  To arrange her help with any of these life events, please contact the office 905-641-8868 or on her cell phone in an emergency 905-394-9579.

Committed in principle and practice to the priority of the congregation in God’s mission, Clyde focuses on congregational preaching, teaching and leadership. He loves to read, attend concerts and plays, walking the dog, watching tennis, or just recovering!
